Mr. Glenn Strachan has worked on USAID funded International Development activities for more the 25 years. His work has covered all aspects of ICT including the design of national health information systems (West Bank, Grenada, Jamaica) and overseeing the implementation of wireless broadband services in Macedonia, Montenegro, Senegal, Romania and the Republic of Georgia. For 10 of his 13 years of service at the Academy for Educational Development (AED) Mr. Strachan served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President. Prior to AED, Mr. Strachan worked for Realcom/WorldCom where he designed local, municipal and wide area networks in the United States. Mr. Strachan holds a Masters degree from Humboldt State University and Bachelor degrees from San Jose State University.
