Tamzin Ratcliffe – Global Federation of Social Investment Exchange

Tamzin has worked both in South Africa and internationally in financial services for more than 20 years. She established Funding SA, a social investment services consultancy and created the first South African online social development networking platform GreaterGood South Africa which has raised some R18 million in direct financial support from individuals, 5.8million surplus product items and more than 75,000 hours of volunteer time and skills. In 2006 Tamzin established the South African Social Investment Exchange (SASIX) to facilitate performance-based philanthropy and social investment whilst also leveraging larger-scale external investment in social financial offerings.
