Breaking Barriers: Collaborative Solutions Workshop

As we work toward inclusion, equity, and change we all face barriers. This interactive workshop session is a facilitated collaboration opportunity drawing on the collective problem solving and network power of the participants in the room. Facilitators will provide communication guidelines based on Emotional Intelligence Leadership T-Group principles encouraging authenticity and inclusion. Following a reflection prompt, one sharer at a time will give a 60 second description of their barrier. Members of the table or circle will then provide input and ideas following the guidelines. For example: an emerging female fund manager faces the barrier of needing additional track record to launch her raise. Participants offer suggestions for programs, alternative approaches, or contacts that might help.
