It’s no secret that the workplace is changing. The old structures of hiring who you know are being challenged to spark diversity and inclusion. But is the change coming quickly enough? What other pillars should be toppled to break down systemic race, gender and other bias? Impact investing offers the potential to create more equitable communities, but to accomplish this work, we must prioritize diverse perspectives including hiring diverse talent at every level. Topics include DEI in hiring, the importance of experiential learning and how DEI is enhancing the investment discipline to create more inclusive capital markets and communities.
