Burnout Prevention and Management: Using the mind/body connection to manage stress and retain employees

In this workshop, participants will learn to define burnout and the difference between stress and burnout. Participants will be educated on our nervous system, the dive domains of self care, and how to integrate this into the workplace and to use for everyday interactions.
