With hundreds of millions in covid relief funding already disbursed and more coming, how can impact investors, government and policy makers, and others fill the equity gaps that still exist and help rebuild a stronger, more equitable economy? Earlier rounds, including the Paycheck Protection Program, largely missed many minority, small and rural businesses. And changes may have come too late. This panel will look at the massive public and private response needed to cut against inequities and how to ensure accountability.
