- Ensure ongoing and productive cross sector dialogue
- Deploy linguistically and culturally relevant business and financial services
- Develop financial products that bypass and dismantle discriminatory criteria for credit worthiness
- Leverage private, philanthropic and public capital
- Develop tools, processes and metrics that hold capital and government accountable to community
