Defining the Impact for Impact Employers: A Closer Look at ROI

Gopika Mavalankar July 13, 2022

“Best practice” is a term that’s often used to convey what should be done based on established evidence – but what do we really know about what works?

Jobs for the Future, along with two Fortune 1000 companies, will lead an engaging fireside chat that offers a business perspective on what kinds of equitable talent practices actually make a positive difference for companies. The chat will dive into specifics on how some of the biggest brands in retail and technology were able to make a successful return on investment by focusing on the needs of their workers. Attendees can take away specific examples and steps to increase the double bottom line at their own businesses.

*Note, we are unable to add the emails of the Fortune 1000 speakers but will switch them with one of the JFF representatives.
