Design Thinking through Somatics and Environment / Nature Based Inquiry

In order to reimagine systems we have to reorient to the way we experience the world and the challenges it faces. In this workshop, we orient participants to a challenge they are facing and lead them through a design thinking workshop that introduces somatics and nature based inquiry. Using these two elements participants will be invited to explore the context and nature of their challenge in cohorts of 3-4, going through the process of exploration, reimagining, and ideation. This workshop is highly interactive and leverages philosophies, frameworks and exercises from Design Thinking, Somatics ,and nature based inquiry. By the end of the session participants will have a new level of relationship cognition and solution to their challenges as well as have made meaningful connections with other participants.
