Designing an Equitable & Inclusive Future for Social Entrepreneurs

Speakers will provide an overview of equitable and inclusive design, and highlight what that looks like within the range of work for social entrepreneurs. They will additionally share expertise and experience on how to best design, grow, and lead an organization while leveraging equitable and inclusive strategies and practices.  This workshop is designed for the specific needs of social Entrepreneurs, leaders of social enterprises and other stakeholders within the impact economy. Design Thinking has been proven as a way to help businesses and organizations respond to customer needs with innovative and human centered solutions. This workshop moves past just human centered design into frameworks of  equitable and inclusive design.  This interactive workshop will feature bespoke, socially community design oriented design thinking frameworks, including topical examples and co-design tools for promoting our values, prioritize our collective social welfare and deliver innovative investment approaches ensuring design can serve as a force for good, for everyone.
