Join us for a workshop where we will roleplay equitable conversation between impact investors/philanthropists and social entrepreneurs/local leaders. In this session, participants will learn how to listen empathetically and generatively, how to build trust using the bridging leadership approach, and, ultimately, how to shift power and facilitate systems thinking in conversation. Our speakers will first model a conversation, after which participants will role play similar dialogues.
