Erasing the Red Lines: Propelling the growth of real estate developers of color across the country

Kate Voshell July 13, 2022

For some, the $175 billion U.S. housing development market provides opportunity for community empowerment and wealth-building. However, real estate developers of color are often faced with high barriers to entry and difficulty achieving scale. Development firms led by people of color are highly underrepresented in the industry, yet are a critical resource for strengthening the housing development ecosystem and expanding the supply of homes that are affordable.

Hear from leading affordable housing developers of color who are investing in equitable spaces to create greater access to housing and economic opportunity in historically redlined communities. Learn about concrete solutions that impact investors are bringing to bear to help developers create greater access to housing and generate more wealth in their communities.
