No organisation would function without humans. Human hands undersign the agreements that organisations have to fulfil. Individuals provide talents, skills and dedication needed for certain positions. Jobs have the power of providing humans with occupation, dignity, development, safety and salary.
Organisations are populated and highly relational spaces, which tend to be patterned and prone to wanted and unwanted dynamics.
What is needed to navigate those spaces? To design and re-design them?
Do Benefit Corporations, B-Corps or NGOs really differ from profit-driven organisations when it comes to navigating relational spaces? Do they create systems anyhow different? What would it mean for them to take care of the human relations on the systemic level? Which tools can support that?
During the exploratory workshop we shall describe a bunch of relational dynamics and showcase tools to deal with them. We’ll eagerly share the so-far outcomes of our Theory U implementation. Workshop will accommodate 2 or 3 cases given by Participants.
Who will benefit from the workshop?
Any attendee interested in systemic management, human-centered organisations, CSR, Theory U, co-created leadership, change, transitions from ego to eco on any level, transitions from profit-driven to human-oriented, founders, owners, managers and anyone interested in creating better organisations.
