Fast, friendly, and effective: disruptive philanthropy fueling equal opportunity and entrepreneurship

Casey van der Stricht July 13, 2022

Despite targeted efforts, a chasm persists between game-changing innovators and the funders that could help them scale. The funding gap for needed capital to achieve UN SDG goals persists at trillions of dollars. Philanthropy holds the key in advancing game-changing innovations that will solve the world’s most pressing problems. Join a conversation between philanthropists and practitioners that are putting capital to work in disruptive ways, to democratize access to catalytic capital and to drive transformational change in the way that grants are disbursed. We will explore cutting edge use of donor-advised funds, recoverable grants, and alternative structures that prioritize investments in cutting edge impactful solutions, and fuel effective, philanthropy. Attendees will leave with defined opportunities and will build their network to crowd-in capital for effective philanthropy.
