The software field offers amazing pay, benefits, flexibility, and fulfilling work. In the last 10 years, bootcamp programs have proven the ability to reskill adult career changers and get them into high-growth careers. Purpose and Desired Outcome
There is a gap between the spaces where we are willing to work to provide more equal access to opportunities for young people and where we know we need to work. Still very few employers are willing to hire from non-conventional programs. Through this conversation, the audience will understand how existing attempts at career training are successful for mid-career changers but overlook and leave out young people just starting their professional journey.
