COVID-19 catalyzed devastating economic consequences and simultaneously magnified long standing racial disparities. This time of social and economic reckoning has upended existing talent management practices, while simultaneously presenting an opportunity for change.
This session will be a facilitated discussion on how companies can reimagine and rebuild talent practices in a way that emphasizes equity, puts people at the center of business strategy, and creates economic mobility. We will guide participants on a journey from the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and parallel racial reckoning, up to present day where we are currently navigating the complicated process of economic recovery. We’ll do this through the lens of what this past year has meant for corporate leaders and the world of work, and how the private sector can be an inspiring and progressive leader in shaping the future that will become a better reality.
