Kids & Art Foundation uses the power of the arts and creativity to mitigate stress, anxiety, and trauma induced from diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. In this radical collaboration we would host a discussion on the innovations that have been created in the Global Health field since Covid 19. We would include the creative solutions that we have implemented for the pediatric patients and families we serve. We will also discuss current healthcare obstacles and the unconventional ways to negate them. Further, we would incorporate a hands-on experience where participants could create a coloring book page to add to our coloring books that are utilized in our hospital ArtKits. We ultimately believe art is an incredible healing tool and even amongst the challenges that Covid 19 exposed there are always creative ways to instil this principle.
