The UNICEF USA Bridge Fund is an innovative impact investment tool that addresses the timing gaps that emerge between the commitment of a donor’s support to UNICEF and the actual receipt of the pledged cash by UNICEF. Presenters will demonstrate how UNICEF USA’s Bridge Fund helps tackle the SDG of Quality Education by advancing UNICEF’s capacity to deliver on quality educational programming, digital learning tools, and educator training. Presenters will break attendees into groups, run through an ice breaker activity and then assign each group a different SDGs. A guided brainstorm will allow attendees to discuss and ideate the ways in which impact investing and innovative finance can drive toward their assigned SDGs. Participants will share their ideas and learn from each other.
