How to support diverse first-time fund managers and diverse fund managers?

In this panel session, the audience will learn about innovative and new targeted interventions to support diverse first-time fund managers and diverse fund managers. The primary focus of the session will be on:

  1. How to address the market failure restricting funding to diversity-focused investment strategies, diverse fund managers, and especially first-time fund managers? 
  2. How to purposefully integrate intersectionality beyond gender? 

Panelists with expertise in social equity (e.g. gender equity, racial equity, LGBTQIA+ lens investing…) will provide practical solutions and insights to advance these funds and strategies.
