Hungry for More: Leveraging Food Banks to Avoid GHG Emissions & Achieve 2x Sustainability Goals

This panel will explore how food banks can provide a 2-for-1 opportunity to achieve organizational sustainability goals (hunger and climate) by leveraging technological platforms. The session will focus on the ways in which donating to food banks can mitigate emissions, how sustainability platforms can quantify these efforts, and how private food companies can strategically align with food banks to meet their scope three emissions targets AND anti-hunger goals.
