The future of our planet relies on investments in entrepreneurs and on enterprises creating solutions to our greatest challenges. This workshop is specifically designed for enterprises looking to begin identifying, tracking, and articulating their impact.
When enterprises can understand and articulate their impact on communities and/or the planet, this can attract aligned investments, talent, partners, and clients.
Each participant will leave with an entire toolkit customized for their particular enterprise. This workshop’s dynamic structure combines peer-group learning and case study analysis. Enterprises will walk away understanding their 5 dimensions of impact (i.e. What, Who, How, Risk, and Contribution) based on the Impact Management Project (IMP) framework. Participants will create an impact statement, develop a strategy and metrics to track their respective impact, and connect with advisors and services that can help them work towards the continued advancement of their enterprise.
