Innovative learning and wellbeing models to drive social impact

David Cherner July 6, 2022

Innovative learning and wellbeing programs can move the needle on employee wellbeing, social impact, and CSR.

Since 2014, YOL ( has been delivering impactful c0hort-based programs that combine wellbeing training mindfulness and resilience training, and service engagement as a foundation for highly impactful leadership development. Customers include Amazon, Bank of America, and Sephora, among others.

Our mission is to nourish and ignite. Our vision is to live in a more conscious, connected, and generous world. Drawing on evidence-based science, our programs are offered online, offline, on-site, and off-site, and designed to elevate compassion, performance, and productivity. Companies work with YOL to successfully address burnout and stress; accelerate the development of high-potential talent; align diverse and distributed teams for success; and prepare the next generation of women in leadership, among other use cases. In addition, YOL works hand in hand with local community-based organizations on issues of poverty, health, and environmental preservation. We cultivate long-term partnerships and skill transfers between our participants, our service partners, and members of the community.

In this session, we will present findings from our programs and from other similar innovative work.
