In partnership with Kiva, iDE Mozambique develops and delivers loan products to MSMEs, low-income households and farmers that match cash flows and business needs. Each loan is customized with the participation from the borrower using a Human Centered Design approach which encourages borrowers to repay on time and invest in sustainable business expansion.
Through Kiva, over 100 social enterprises like iDE Mozambique are developing innovative loan products for the most vulnerable and marginalized. At the frontier of last-mile access to finance, panelists will lead a discussion of how impact-first lending is improving livelihoods and seeding opportunities for return-seeking impact investors.
