This session will explore the role impact investors and their portfolio companies can play when it comes to protecting women’s choice and reproductive rights. Partnering with Flory Wilson of Gender IDEAL, ICM will invite private capital fund managers and their investees to a conversation about why this is a business issue that companies and investors can’t ignore; tangible actions they are taking to support employees as they navigate a rapidly shifting post-Roe landscape; and the risks and rewards of engaging.
