Quality jobs form the backbone of efforts to alleviate inequality and racial injustice, improve economic opportunities and outcomes, and increase business resilience and employee retention. Our panel consists of investors and subject matter experts who will share their expertise on how to define quality jobs, how to measure and evaluate them, as well as practical advice on incorporating a job quality focus into an organization’s ESG and impact strategy.
