Let them eat cake!” (LTEC) Podcast is a GRC platform hosting challenging conversations & an examination of famous quotes such as LTEC which is attributed to Marie-Antoinette from the late 1700s. As the story goes, “Let them eat cake” was the queen’s response upon being told that her starving peasant subjects had no bread. As a modern day comparison, LTEC Podcasts will address United States response upon being told that Equity & Inclusion are missing off the plate for much of Black America.
LTEC’ believes in the power of intentionality, transparency & engagements designed to promote change and in depth conversations.
Our agenda is to bring to the mic great thought leaders, changemakers and advocates who are championing causes that provide the sustainable change we want to see in critical areas (Policing, youth development, leadership, economics, research, arts, health disparities, housing, education, systematic racism, etc.) within Black communities.
With that being said GRC’s session will bring together C-level executives and emerging leaders to have an enlightening conversation around “The Devaluation of Black Human Capital” which looks behind the curtain to describe the lived experiences of economic structures in Black America from corporate to community levels. The panel will then share opportunities for engagement through the lense of “true” Corporate Social Responsibility & Accountability to build back better equitably & inclusively in the United States.
