Making Sense of Your Gender Data: A Tool to Measure Gender Inclusion and How It Can Improve Business Performance and Social Outcomes in Your Portfolio

Value for Women will facilitate an interactive workshop where participants will have the opportunity to take a hands-on gender assessment (the Gender Smart Nexus) for their business, fund or ESO and receive practical recommendations for how to embed a gender lens in a way that is relevant, real and practical, in the context of their own business. Participants will also have an opportunity to hear how others have used this assessment tool to facilitate change in their own organizations, and see the results of that change. The workshop will include a brief presentation of the data gathered by assessment tool to date and insights it generates to help us all drive gender equality forward across sectors.
