To build a more inclusive and equitable economy, we must direct more investment dollars towards BIPOC and female founders and changemakers. But how can investors and philanthropists design strategies and processes that put people with lived experience at the center? How do we safeguard investment decision making from bias? In this experiential workshop, participants will practice applying simple design tools that bring the people they want to support into the center of their investment process, and help build relationships of trust with colleagues, investees and key stakeholders.
