Redesigning Capital: A Live Lab for Building Inclusive Entrepreneurial Ecosystems

Ecosystem builders—the connective tissue between founders and funders—are the hidden infrastructure of entrepreneurship, yet remain chronically under-resourced. This interactive lab invites participants to redesign capital flows by focusing not only on founders, but on the systems that enable their success. Using real ecosystem maps and data and a multi-capital SROI lens (financial, intellectual, and social capital), we will identify gaps, surface friction points, and co-create new models for resourcing this critical layer. Participants will leave with practical tools to strengthen inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems in their own communities with real world examples of collaborative networks across private and public partnerships.
