Reimaging the power of Philanthropy by local capacity-building processes

LINA TANGARIFE July 13, 2022

To inspire the audience to reimagine philanthropy through  Territorial Foundations. One of the multiple practices, processes, and institutions of community philanthropy, extolling its great value that articulates all kinds of capacities and resources that people and territories have to contribute to the common good, enhance existing assets, and make new assets emerge.

Community philanthropy is also a practice that fosters a culture of collaboration for the creation of common goods, an approach that articulates relationships in a way that facilitates the transfer of power, and a process that enables joint actions to mobilize resources and expand participatory leadership practices for the development of territories.
