Social Activism Thru Effective Boycott/Buycotts

This years themes are broad and comprehensive. This workshops shows how consumers  can take action to achieve these goals thru the social and economic tool of Boycotts/Buycotts. Bocyotts have corrected be described as the economnic tool of mass destruction, available to the consumer. From the powerfull organizagtion illustrated in the Montgomery Bus Boycott, to the use of the media so masterfully demonstrated by Mahatma Ghandi, to the growing use of social media responsible for the shuttering of Ivank Trump’s fashion business, history gives us a template of how to conduct an effective boycott and buycott.
