I see Justice as a sanctuary, where everyone has a place, where responsibility replace the judgment, where all stories and their actors, being them lovely or nasty, are welcomed.
Justice is connected to professionals of the legal field as well as any of us being involved in controversies or conflicts, even before going to court.
Our experiences as a counselor in systemic constellations on one side and systemic lawyer on the other, highlighted the impact of the systemic vision as a contribute to a new approach to society: inclusive, no judgmental, acknowledging and transforming any event or human being without being stuck in the polarities right-wrong, you-me, innocent-guilty.
I sense Equity as the equal right to belong. It recalls uniqueness based on the individual and collective story that is behind each person, each population, each culture. Equity is giving equal attention to each experience, each talent, each occurrence no matter if speaks of victims or perpetuator.
Forging new solutions happens by including the uniqueness of each protagonist as part of an interconnected system, and not sentencing. Let’s look from a different perspective: autism reflects great talents that can be hardly found in other people, a forever victim can be connected to the loyalty to the family history of more victims, a business conflict can be related to the exclusion and judgment of past fired employees that are forgotten behind the scene, the end of a marriage can be seen as moved primarily as an unsolved relationship with the parents instead of just the accuse to the spouse.
Systemic approach and philosophy is more and more formally recognized in different countries, in court as well as in practices for conflict resolutions.
Spreading it to touch the consciousness of more and more protagonists of their own life, leaders of organizations is our will for the benefit of a global organism that is our planet.
During the workshop we will provide some basics on Systemic Philosophy applied to Justice and Systemic Conflict Resolutions. A case clinic space will follow to approach to the participants questions with a systemic practice.
Bring your sensing, listening, feeling, experience with open mind, open heart, open will. No other tools needed, just your presence.
