Getting catalytic capital to impact founders in Latin America requires designed partnerships between organizations with different mandates and risk appetites. This workshop brings a former IDB General Manager for Central America and Mexico, the CEO of Anglo American Foundation, and the operator who structured a blended vehicle combining grants, concessional debt, and equity for 12 startups.
