Being power literate – who holds it, who doesn’t, how it shifts and how to claim it is critical to dismantling harmful systems and power structures. Change happens when there’s a willingness to not only acknowledge past wrongs, but a commitment and plan to reimagine and redress them. What might that plan include? How might we reconfigure structures and practices between those who hold institutional power over people who are impacted by institutional decisions. What does it mean to work toward more just, generative and thriving economies?
