When the curtain is pulled back, one sees that there is much more to the artistic process than may initially meet the eye. As with any industry, artists and culture-bearers need infrastructure to support their work.  They need time and space for research and development, places and spaces for cultural production and presentation, networks to share with one another and improve their own practice and support getting work to the marketplace.
