Artisanship, a universal production sector, provides essential livelihood skills and supports productivity for various groups, including the illiterate, people with disabilities, the chronically ill, and the elderly, alongside their healthier counterparts. It extends opportunities to refugees, the displaced, the landless, and the stateless. As a space for human imagination and creativity, artisanship fosters innovation by building on the known to discover the unknown. Despite its potential, the sector remains marginalized in impact investment discussions.
In this workshop, participants will learn from experts about how stakeholders can collaborate to drive universal inclusion through impact funding. The session will explore the potentials and perspectives for enhancing inclusion, highlighting how the artisanal sector can be a catalyst for universal inclusion and innovation through strategic impact investments.
