What Is the SOCAP Fellowship Program?

The SOCAP Fellowship Program connects emerging leaders in the impact economy with mission-aligned partners to spark transformative social and environmental change. The program is anchored by sponsored partner cohorts, entrepreneurs and early-stage fund managers nominated and supported by leading organizations worldwide. Built around the power of peer-to-peer support, the program provides a trusted space for Fellows to exchange insights, share challenges, and learn from others navigating similar opportunities and obstacles across the impact ecosystem.

Through curated introductions to potential funders, orientation-focused virtual sessions, peer-driven community-building calls, and direct access to a global network of impact-driven leaders and investors, Fellows gain the relationships and resources necessary to accelerate their work. The program empowers both founders and funders to collaborate, build lasting partnerships, and co-create sustainable solutions.

How to Partner With the SOCAP Fellowship Program

Organizations are invited to partner with SOCAP by bringing cohorts of entrepreneurs and/or fund managers into the Fellowship experience. Partner cohorts receive:

• Two months of bi-weekly prep calls leading up to the in-person event
• Digital promotion of individual cohort members leading up to the event
• A dedicated spotlight session at the in-person event
• Preparation designed to help participants get the most out of SOCAP, including guidance on how to navigate the event, build meaningful connections, and strategically engage with funders and collaborators

This comprehensive preparation ensures cohort members arrive at SOCAP confident, connected, and ready to maximize every opportunity the conference offers.

For Organizations Bringing Entrepreneur Cohorts to SOCAP

Entrepreneur cohorts can span all stages, sectors, and regions. If your organization supports social entrepreneurs and wants to elevate their visibility, expand their networks, and deliver exceptional value on a global stage, this partnership is designed for you. The Fellowship’s pre-SOCAP programming equips entrepreneurs with the tools and clarity they need to fully leverage the SOCAP experience. For Organizations Bringing Cohorts of Underrepresented Fund Managers to SOCAP

Fund Manager cohorts include early-stage, impact-focused funds seeking investment opportunities or deploying capital into mission-driven ventures. These leaders are committed to generating impact and eager to join a broader community of peer support. As part of the program, participating fund managers present in SOCAP’s Funder Showcase, a fast-paced, reverse-pitch session where each manager has four minutes to spotlight their fund, surface potential investors, and identify promising investment opportunities. With dedicated preparation and peer learning, cohort members enter SOCAP ready to engage confidently with investors, partners, and fellow fund managers. If your organization champions underrepresented fund managers and wants to elevate them on a SOCAP stage, this partnership offers a powerful platform.
