Registration will open at 10:30 am PST on Wednesday, January 29 and programming starts promptly at 1:00 p.m.  Programming ends at noon on Friday, January 31.Conscious Company Media incurs significant expenses prior to the event. Therefore, it is necessary that we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Tickets are 100 percent refundable before November 29 and 50 percent refundable before December 29, 2019.
  • Cancellations requested within 30 days of the event will not be refunded, even if bought less than 30 days prior.

No-shows will not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to a different event. The Summit will be taking place at The Lodge in Sonoma where a room block has been reserved for the Summit. Though it is not required, we highly recommend attendees stay at the Lodge for a fully immersive experience of the Summit.
