This participatory session explores alternative term sheets beyond the usual VC structure. We discuss how term sheets can embrace the triple bottom line, can be fair for entrepreneurs / investors, and structure investment for growing community - as well as building wealth.  We will share a continuum of capital from micro-loans to term sheets with revenue-based funding, bringing in new options with examples of hybrid term sheets that provide liquidity, as well as equity ownership.
