Building Power in Place: Culture-Centered Local Investments

Culture lives at the heart of communities and places - from the shared values and traditions that bind humans together to the expression of ourselves and the reflection of our world through music and art. Culture is both ancient and contemporary, creating immeasurable and measurable value ranging from increased mental health and civic participation to decreased neglect and crime. How can investors consider transformative, culture-centered investment and move capital to the people - especially women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, artists and activists - who are most locally proximate to challenges and solutions.
