Only 1.4% of assets under management (AUM) in the U.S. is managed by diverse owned firms and less than 3% of those funds are invested into Black, Latinx or female entrepreneurs. Impact Experience and Illumen Capital have partnered to shift this reality and will share what we’ve seen work on the ground in communities across the U.S. to reduce bias and spark capital investment benefiting communities of color.
