Deep Listening is a powerful and proven approach to establish a relationship of trust and an authentic understanding of people from different perspectives, invaluable for anyone working in impact.

In this workshop you’ll learn an approach so you can better engage with partners, investors and colleagues especially when you disagree. This workshop will empower you to engage across divides of perspective or power. There will be multiple opportunities for everyone to be Deeply Listened to while also having the chance to practice Deep Listening. It will also be an opportunity for people to have meaningful exchanges with each other.

The workshop will be delivered by Author, Executive Coach and Mediator, Emily Kasriel, whose book, Deep Listening, is being published by Harper Collins US and UK in 2025. She is now a Senior Visiting Research Fellow at King’s College Policy Institute in London. Emily comes from a longstanding career in the BBC where she was a media executive, editor and reporter across five continents, as well as a senior advisor to the Skoll Foundation.
