COVID has become a litmus test of how prepared we are to come together and face shared challenges as a global community. Women and people of color did not have the same access to capital and resources before COVID, and pandemic responses have only created more negative externalities for communities of color. What can we learn from the gaps that COVID has laid bare to build better solutions?
