Through this highly interactive ‘Impact Hive’ – focused around the needs of a SOCAP scholar – EY invites attendees from all walks of life to participate in a short, targeted innovation session to help this high-potential impact entrepreneur overcome a key barrier to scale. You’ll hear first-hand from the entrepreneur about their business and key challenge, before participating in a facilitated brainstorming session designed to harness the power of the collective knowledge and experience of the SOCAP network to help them to take the next step in their journey.

Impact entrepreneurs are innovating solutions to the world’s toughest challenges. But to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, they urgently need support to scale their businesses and drive mass uptake of their solutions. It will take radical collaboration from stakeholders across the public, private and nonprofit sectors to help them achieve their potential.

In addition to playing your part in unlocking scale, you’ll also learn innovation methodologies that you can apply in your own work. Attendees will gain access to the suite of EY tools and resources designed to help impact entrepreneurs overcome barriers to scale.
