7:00 AM - 8:00 AM PDT
Learn about the journey to create the first-ever SDG Relief Fund. In the last 10 years, nearly half a billion people have been served with energy access solutions, creating 370,000 jobs and avoiding 74 million tonnes of GHG emissions. When COVID-19 hit, the sector was positioned to achieve SDG7—universal energy access—by 2030. Acumen, CDC, and others led an effort to develop a $100M relief fund to help preserve all progress made in the sector.
