In a facilitated conversation, our new majority fund managers and investors will shed light on the historical causes of today’s racial disparities; highlight actionable capital approaches and structures that can help increase investments in fund managers of color; share perspectives on the need for changing scarcity narratives around Black people in capital markets, and double down on the need to ground post COVID-19 recovery strategies in narratives centered in Black and brown excellence and abundance.
