Within the regenerative economy, the old business model of 'investors and c-suite gain all the returns' no longer makes sense. Rather, we need a more aligned model: one where investors, founders, management and - importantly - all employees share in the value created in and by the company. During this session, we will zoom in on sub-Saharan Africa and explore the benefits of employee participation and how one can implement this model successfully in practice.
