Description

Every year, foundations deploy billions into programs that work — and almost none of that impact is visible. Our ongoing audit of 3,000+ nonprofit YouTube channels has found 40% dormant, including organizations with dedicated staff and six-figure budgets. Revenue doesn’t predict reach — infrastructure does. YouTube reveals this most clearly because it’s a search engine: every organization’s content capacity is publicly auditable, and the gap between those with infrastructure and those without is measurable and widening. Content infrastructure has never been treated as an investment category. This session presents the research, introduces a catalytic capital model for closing the gap, and invites allocators to stress-test it.
