Many climate solutions that make business sense already exist in each industry, but are held back by outdated practices, policies, and norms — industry inertia.

At the same time, millions of climate-passionate professionals spent their careers building the skills, networks, and authority necessary to drive new approaches in their industry. They may not think of themselves as having “climate jobs”, but who is more equipped than them to overcome the inertia and unlock solutions?

In this workshop we will together explore the areas where deployment-ready solutions in our industries are held back by inertia, and the potential for empowering internal industry changemakers to unlock these solutions.
