AI Is World-Building. Who's Doing the Building?

AI is actively reshaping the systems changemakers work within, and most impact leaders have more power to shape that process than they realize. This Skills Lab teaches participants to use an Influence Mapping framework: a practical tool for connecting your existing leverage (capital, narrative, policy access, community trust) to the outcomes you care about. Whether you want to use AI deliberately in pursuit of your mission, or shape the norms and standards governing how AI gets built, your sphere of influence is already in play. You will leave with a completed influence map and a reframe that outlasts the session: this is not a technical problem. It is a leadership challenge. And this room is full of leaders.
